Italian teams have obtained the gold medal in all categories of the relay races that have taken place this Saturday in Soldeu under a radiant sun. Italians have shown they are the best ski Mountaineering team in the World. Lenzi, Reichegger, Holznecht and Brunod outstood the Swiss by a minute, in an explosive race that started with the Swiss in front. France obtained third position and Spain fourth although Kilian Jornet, fourth relay, fell in the first descent. The Andorran team that aimed for a fifth o sixth position has finally obtained the eighth.

Didier Blanc and Florent Perrier have won the teams race that has taken place this Friday in Arcalís. With only 2h14 minutes they have completed the longest circuit of the Championships that fortunately hasn’t had to be changed although the bad weather at he beginning. Two minutes later the Swiss team (Florent Troillet and Martin Anthamatten) arrived followed unexpectedly by the Italian team Lenzi-Holzknet as the favorite Italian team was the Brunod-Reichegger that was finally sixth.

Florent Troillet and Laetitia Roux have been the winners of the Individual senior race of today Wednesday in Grau Roig. Troillet has completed the circuit in 1:30 hours after overtaking in the last down slope Catalan Kilian Jornet that arrived to the finish lane only 5 seconds later.
